What are Aisle Seats’ office hours?

Tickets can be ordered online 24 hours-a-day. We can be reached by phone Monday through Saturday from at least 8:30 A.M. to 5 P.M.

How do I know that my tickets will be authentic?

Aisle Seats only sells tickets from approved brokers in the industry. Your tickets are guaranteed to provide entry to your event in the location specified.

When will I receive my tickets?

Most tickets are available for immediate shipment and are shipped by the next business day. However, in some cases, tickets may not be available to ship right away, and will be sent when possible. The selected method of shipment (i.e. Overnight, 2-day, etc.) refers to the time that the shipment will take to arrive after the shipment date, not necessarily from the date of purchase.

Will my seats be together?

Yes, each ticket listing is for tickets that are together and side-by-side, unless otherwise stated.

What payment methods are accepted?

MasterCard, VISA, DISCOVER, and American Express are accepted. If other arrangements are necessary, please contact us in advance of attempting the ordering process.

What if I cannot attend my event?

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Why do my tickets not have my own name on them?

In some cases, the name of the original purchaser of the tickets is printed on the ticket. However, this will have no effect upon who can use them at the venue. The tickets are transferable.

What if my event is does not take place as scheduled?

If an event is postponed and scheduled for a new date, your tickets will be valid for the re-scheduled date, and as a result, no refunds will be given. If, however, an event is cancelled without a re-scheduled date, a refund of the purchase price, less shipping fees, will be given, as long as the event is not cancelled as a result of an act of God, and as long as the Box Office grants refunds for the event.

What if I lose my tickets?

Aisle Seats is not responsible for lost tickets. Please take care of your tickets upon receipt.
